E-commerce B2B Growth Specialist

At Konges Sløjd, we create Nordic design for children and families around the world – with aesthetics, quality and play at its heart. We are growing fast internationally, and our online wholesale and pure-player business is one of the most important engines in that journey.

We are now looking for a commercial, data-driven colleague to help professionalise and scale it.

You are early in your career and looking for greater responsibility. With us, you will become a central part of the B2B team, responsible for commercial performance and development across our international online partners.

About the role
You will take shared ownership of some of our most important online wholesale customers and pure players – managing and growing these partnerships. The goal is clear: to grow sales with our online partners through close performance tracking, strong execution and data-driven decisions.

You will work closely with Sales, E-commerce, Marketing and other cross-functional teams – acting as the link that turns data into action.

What you will own
  • Analyse sales, sell-through, stock and reorder data to optimise performance across online partners
  • Protect the brand through correct assortment, product prioritisation and strong online presentation across partners
  • Plan and coordinate launches, drops and campaigns with internal teams and external partners
  • Build performance reviews and growth plans for key accounts together with the Sales team
  • Monitor online distribution and reduce unauthorised marketplace activity

What success looks like
Within the first 6–12 months, you will know your partners’ numbers inside out, have implemented clear growth plans, and be able to demonstrate measurable progress in sales and sell-through across your key accounts.

What we expect (must-haves)
  • 2–4 years’ experience in digital wholesale, online key account management or e-commerce – ideally within fashion, lifestyle or children’s products
  • Strong commercial sense – you turn numbers into concrete action
  • Data-driven and confident with sell-through, stock, reorder and performance analysis; proficient in Excel
  • Structured and self-driven – you follow tasks all the way through
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders and quick decisions
  • Strong relationship-builder, professional in dialogue with international partners
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Nice to have
  • Experience with pure players and marketplaces
  • Familiarity with digital brand and assortment management
  • A genuine interest in online sales, consumer behaviour and digital performance
